My Experience

My path into the healing arts began during a time of personal burnout and disconnection. Feeling stuck in a draining job, I enrolled in a 200-hour yoga teacher training—not to teach, but to heal myself. That training cracked something open in me. It reawakened my body, my breath, and a sense of purpose I hadn’t felt in years.

Although I had no intention of teaching, I was invited to lead classes immediately after completing my training. I realized that what had helped me could help others—especially during and after the collective trauma of COVID. That call to serve became impossible to ignore.

Since then, I’ve continued my education with a 500-hour certification and specialized training in Yin Yoga, Kundalini, Reiki energy healing, and sound therapy. Each modality has deepened my understanding of the body’s wisdom and the power of safe, intentional space. Today, I weave these practices together to support others in their own healing journeys—offering tools for regulation, resilience, and reconnection.

My Philosophy

I believe healing is a journey of remembering—of coming home to the body, the breath, and the truth within. My approach is rooted in the understanding that every person carries innate wisdom and the capacity to heal. Through trauma-informed practices, intentional movement, meditation, Reiki, and sound therapy, I create spaces where individuals feel safe to explore, release, and reconnect.

I honor the nervous system’s role in transformation and prioritize practices that support regulation, resilience, and empowerment. My work is not about fixing—it’s about witnessing, holding space, and guiding others back to themselves with compassion and care

About Me

When not on my mat you can find me at the beach, with my fur babes, or in the woods. I love good food, a good view, getting crafty and good people.
