Raye McDonald, MS, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
How I Started
My passion for nutrition started when I was a teen and the Dr informed me of my elevated cholesterol levels. Through research and self education I was able to drastically improve my levels with nutrition/ lifestyle changes. In my mid 20’s I was struggling with severe gastrointestinal distress without any relief. I turned to functional medicine where I was able to get to the root cause, implement a treatment plan and get back to living my best life!
Through my own personal experience of healing and my continued education in the field of nutrition and functional medicine, it is my passion to be able to help others get to the root cause of their ailments and back to living a life full of vitality.
