OUR PHILOSOPHY

We believe in helping you/your child's wellness goals with an individualized and Functional medicine approach (root cause approach) to care. We assess and determine interventions TOGETHER based on medical/social and family history,  labs, genetics, symptoms, lifestyle, environment, infectious triggers, gut/immune health and mindset.

Building a healthy relationship with food and the confidence to make realistic changes takes time.

It is important to us that we support you/your family in a way that works for you and your lifestyle and strive to help you meet your expectations every time we meet.
