Changes in your health will depend on motivational readiness, current health status and committment to self-care. We find most patients benefit from consistent appointments in order to devevelop strategies to make behavior changes that last a lifetime. Nutritional counseling is much like "therapy". Establishing a relationship to learn about you and understand your needs is a necessary component to your care. Most patients benefit from a minimum of 6 months of nutritional counseling.

We work with all populations, varying from prenatal to geriatrics. Nutrition is important in every stage of the life cycle. Whether looking to start a preventive care approach or manage existing health conditions, all ages can benefit from nutrition counseling.

The Initial visit (90 minutes): Erin Falco, owner, RD- $420 Kellie Mendes, RD, Raye McDonald, MS RD, Veronica Rechten, MS integrative nutritionist, $360 Follow up appointments (45 minutes): Erin Falco, RD- $240 Kellie Mendes, RD, Raye McDonald, MS RD, Veronica Rechten, MS integrative nutritionist-$180 We are a Membership based practice which includes the following per year: -7 individual nutritional counseling sessions/year -3 additional private sessions for cooking in our kitchen, a grocery store support tour and/or meal planning -unlimited support in between sessions via our HIPAA compliant messaging service -in person group events on various topics -pre-recorded webinars -access to specialized testing -collaboration of care between your other providers -discounts on specialized testing, hyperbaric treatments and supplements Membership packages vary on insurance coverage. For example- if all 7 visits are covered from insurance/year- A membership fee of $100/month would apply. Please ensure to check your insurance before scheduling a discovery call to determine if/how many visits may be covered by insurance. NOTE: Pricing of packages and/or promotions differ if insurance is able to be applied for coverage.

Our most popular tests are listed below and typically range from $300 - $1,500 depending on the particular test/service. We have a strict 72 hour cancellation & scheduling policy. You will be charged the full appointment fee $420/ $360 for an initial or $240/ 180 for a follow up- if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment. Please note, this fee does NOT get billed to insurance (patient is responsible for it out of pocket). If you are unable to attend a session due to medical reasons, a doctor’s note is required. You will be charged the fee until the note is provided.
